Lasha Kvachadze, Founder of Block Stone Capital and Co-founder of Blox Group, says he and his holding company are proud to have helped lay the foundation for the implementation of Trump Tower Tbilisi, one of Georgia’s prominent international development projects, and to have initiated its construction process as part of the partnership.
“For me and my holding company, Block Stone Capital, it is a great honor to have laid the foundation for the development and construction of one of Georgia’s most prominent international development projects, Trump Tower Tbilisi, as part of our partnership.
I am confident that this large-scale project will further establish Georgia as a distinguished destination on the global development map and contribute to increasing the international recognition of our country’s real estate market,” Lasha Kvachadze wrote on social media.
For reference, the official presentation of Trump Tower Tbilisi was held in Tbilisi on September 15, 2026. The project forms part of the large-scale Downtown Tbilisi development and is being implemented in collaboration with The Trump Organization. Archi Group and Invia are the main partners and developers, The Sapir Organization is participating as co-developer, while the project’s investors include Block Stone Capital, Finvest and Vector Group.
Trump Tower Tbilisi is the first Trump-branded project in the region. The tower will stand approximately 280 meters high and comprise 62 floors. It will serve as the principal architectural landmark of the approximately USD 2 billion Downtown Tbilisi development. The project is being developed adjacent to Tbilisi Central Park, on the site of the former Hippodrome.
