According to Khatia Dekanoidze, one of the leaders of the National Movement, the issuance of an arrest warrant against Putin by the Hague Court means that he, as a criminal, is already excluded and isolated.

As Khatia Dekanoidze told journalists, after the decision of the Hague Court, Russian influence in any state, including in Georgian Dream, has been approved by international law as a crime.

"The Hague Court's decision against Putin is, first of all, a historic decision. On the one hand, it has been proven that Putin is guilty of war. On the other hand, it is very important to emphasize that international law works. Issuing a warrant for Putin's arrest means that he is already ostracized and isolated as a perpetrator of genocide, including against Ukrainian children. All the war crimes committed by Russia in Ukraine are given different legal legitimacy. I also find Europe's restraining and warning message to China interesting. Most importantly, nothing can stand in the way of Ukraine's victory, because all the nuances related to the supply of weapons have been eliminated. Putin is a war criminal. After the decision of the Hague Court, Russian influence in any state, including in Georgian Dream, is illegitimate and recognized as a crime by international law," said Khatia Dekanoidze.
