Three people died as a result of an accident on the bypass road in Kobuleti (Western Georgia).

According to reports, three people were found dead by the ambulance crew that arrived at the scene, and two wounded were taken to the hospital.

As Newshub.ge was informed by the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, an investigation into the incident was launched under Article 276 of Part 6 of the Criminal Code, which implies a violation of road safety or vehicle operation rules.

Punishable by imprisonment for a term of four to seven years.
